WuXi AppTec offers a comprehensive drug discovery platform to help CNS project teams overcome the challenges in predicting the efficacy and safety of their lead candidates. Our discovery neurobiology platform comprises a wide range of in vitro assays and in vivo animal models.
We are proud to present a poster entitled “MDMA Promotes Fear Extinction Learning in Mice”, on November 12th, in the poster session for preclinical models of PTSD.
Our in vitro services include a β-amyloid peptide aggregation assay, neurite outgrowth assays in primary and iPSC-derived neurons, and an astrocyte/microglial activation assay. Our in vivo platform includes Alzheimer’s models such as the APP/PS1 double transgenic model, and the 5xFAD transgenic mouse model.
