Spontaneous Mouse Tumor-derived Syngeneic Models

Spontaneous mouse tumor-derived syngeneic models are valuable tools in preclinical cancer research. These tumor models offer unique advantages because immunotherapies can be studied in the context of a fully functional and intact immune system, as well as a clinically relevant tumor microenvironment. By using tumors derived from a genetically identical host, these models offer greater biological relevance and translatability for studying immune-tumor interactions compared to xenograft models.
WuXi Biology has developed and validated spontaneous syngeneic tumor models to support research teams developing new therapies against lung, pancreatic, and breast cancers.
