DEL and Display for de novo Peptide Discovery
mRNA Display
mRNA display is a powerful technique that leverages the natural process of translation to generate and screen large libraries of peptides, offering a unique blend of high diversity, flexibility, and efficiency. This method involves the in vitro translation of an mRNA library. WuXi Biology provides End-to-End services ranging from library synthesis and screening to post-screening validation.

Features
- Incorporation of limited unnatural AAs
- Creation of libraries with greater diversity
mRNA Display Libraries
WuXi Biology offers both off-the-shelf libraries and custom synthesis libraries. If you have additional ideas, our scientists can collaborate with you to design new libraries.

mRNA Display Workflow
WuXi Biology provides screening services and post-screening validation, with a comprehensive delivery report to uncover key patterns in big data from multiple perspectives.

Case Study – mRNA Display Validation Results
• Binding affinity determination of 2 pipetides using SPR
• Both orthosteric and allosteric binders were discovered
• Hit rate is close to 60% (KD <20 μM)

• Using SPR, we then identified the cyclization site through cysteine-to-serine mutations and employed alanine scanning to identify five essential binding residues in peptide B
