Application of Chemistry Technologies to Deliver Novel Small Molecules
In this workshop, Dr. Tao Guo, will present the applications of chemistry technologies such as photoredox and flow chemistry to enable and accelerate the delivery of novel small molecules for the discovery of targeted protein degraders and covalent inhibitors.
Discussion topics:
- Challenges in developing next-generation therapeutics based on new modalities such as targeted protein degraders, targeted covalent inhibitors, and nucleic acids.
- Solutions for addressing the complexities in synthesizing and optimizing these molecules, with an added focus on the delivery systems needed for siRNAs and ASOs.
- Latest advances and technologies to deliver small molecules.
A Q&A session will follow the presentation, offering a chance to pose questions to our Expert.
