In Vitro and In Vivo Efficacy of CAR-T Delivery

Targeted lipid nanoparticles (tLNPs) are advancing in vivo CAR-T therapies by facilitating the in situ generation of CAR-T effectors, offering a promising alternative to traditional ex vivo CAR-T manufacturing.
At AACR 2026, our team highlighted an integrated workflow, demonstrated through representative examples spanning phage display screening, CAR construct optimization, CAR mRNA engineering, targeted LNP development, functional validation, and preclinical evaluation.
WuXi Biology provides an integrated platform supporting the development, optimization, and preclinical evaluation of next-generation in vivo CAR-T therapeutics. This work highlights how our capabilities come together within a unified workflow to support this rapidly evolving field.
