12th International Congress on Biocatalysis (biocat2026)
WuXi AppTec is pleased to participate in the 12th International Congress on Biocatalysis (biocat2026), taking place August 23–27, 2026, at the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH) in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2002, biocat has served as a premier international forum for researchers and industry professionals to share scientific advances, foster collaborations, and drive innovation in biocatalysis and biotechnology.
The congress features a comprehensive scientific program covering AI-driven enzyme engineering, reaction prediction, advanced electro-, chemo-, and photo-biocatalytic cascades, enzyme discovery and metagenomics, synthetic biology, whole-cell biocatalysis, modular bioprocess engineering, and biocatalysis for the circular bioeconomy. Through keynote presentations, poster sessions, technical discussions, and an industrial exhibition, attendees will gain insights into emerging technologies that are transforming sustainable chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical development, and industrial biotechnology.
